Amazing stay, cute and spacious room, close to stores and stations

I had an amazing stay! Easy check in and out with amenities to choose from at check in. The room was bigger than I thought it would be. The bathroom was spacious with tub and shower. Cute concept with the record player (i got Billy Joel!) I also had a great view of sapporo tv tower! Rooftop view was also nice. I wish I had stayed for the lounge/drink at night. It was easy walking distance from shops, stations and nijo market. Staff was really kind and helpful. They helped me send my luggage to my next accomodation. Will definitely stay here again!

More of a heads up, only 2 laundry machines for the whole hotel. But I didn't have any problems with it. I was able to use it when I needed it :)

The perfect place in Sapporo!

Amazing property! The view of the park and tower covered in snow is incredible. The restaurant has the most delicious fine dining options. The location is perfect with direct access to unground literally next door.

Emphasis on Concept

Awesome location. Pleasant check-in and check-out experiences. Very clean. Lovely shower.

My room window faced the wall of the building next door just a couple meters away. The hotel is heavy on design/concept at the expense of function, e.g. there was no, none, dresser or closet space, only four hangers hanging on the entry wall. That would have been okay if the emphasis on design/concept was also made clear on their booking.com site but I didn't pick up on it.

It was a very good experience of staying, value for the spending.

The hotel is located in a very good /convenient place, easy to access the market , near to the JR station. The rooms we stay are a bit small, but well planned and comfortable. The resting area is quite spacious, with water supplied, comfort chairs.

Generally the experience there was great. However, if there are more English guidance, especially more fluent speaking staff will be a good bonus. In terms of the breakfast, if the portion can be bigger, it will be perfect.

Great stay!

The property location is just top notch, located right next to the famous TV station, the rooms having direct view with the Cabin rooms of the tower were amazing. Moreover, it is right next to a subway exit, underground shopping tunnel called pole town and only 5 mins walk to the main streets, restaurants, shopping. Location was 10/10. The rooms were so clean, cozy, comfortable and spacious for Japanese standard hotels. The record player in the room is so unique and easy to use. The bathroom was spacious having a shower and a bathtub, water pressure was good. The view from the rooftop bar was so beautiful. Everything about the stay was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The check in area was a little bit crowded and small, but the staffs were very kind, friendly and helpful. Sometimes you do hear upstairs walking, and occasional traffic, ambulance sound outside from the main road.

It was in a great location and close to many great places to eat, drink, and shop.

The rooms are quite small and they didn’t allow early checkins or late checkouts, even for an hour.

The speaker and the turntable, whilst awesome, take up valuable space in such a small room. But it adds character to the room :)

Wonderful location and modern rooms!

Amazing location. Close to everything and within walking distance to all major attractions and transit options!!!! Free water bottles was a bonus and the next door bakery in the mall is definitely not to be missed!!!!

The self check in process was tedious as I had to manually enter some personal information in even though there were staff at the reception counter. The room size can be slightly bigger but that's to be expected for a standard Japanese hotel room size. We made it work.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location to explore Sapporo

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. My family really enjoyed the modern and warm design/atmosphere, and we spent a few hours one cold snowy afternoon having happy hour at the bar in the lobby. The location is superb -- just a couple minute walk away from the Odori train station, and walking distance to tons of restaurants and Odori park.

Although laundry machines are available, there is only one set and it was always in use during our 4 day stay. Early in the morning, some guests had left clothes finished in the machines for over 4 hours -- a better system to monitor or enforce timely retrieval of clothes would be appreciated.

Comfortable stay with an exceptional view of the Sapporo TV tower.

The location was good. Easy access to train within a 5-minute walk. The view was exceptional and something we will miss. The bedding was comfortable and the staff was quick to rectify issues. Would have loved to spend a little more time there to enjoy the bar and rooftop. Maybe next time!

Would have loved a microwave so that we could heat up the food we bought from the convenience shops, especially in winter.

Great location

Great location, just next to Oodori Station Exit 23. Friendly staff. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. The restaurant on 1/F (Hokkaido Cuisine Kamuy) has delicious food, yet long waiting time for the food to get ready. You may get amenities from 2/F lobby according to your need.
